Graduation Pledge and Special Guest Form - posted 2/10/26
The OOHS Graduation Pledge and Special Guest form is now available for Seniors to complete. This form will allow seniors to indicate their intention to attend the Commencement ceremony on Saturday, May 30, and elect to invite a staff member who had a special impact on their education while attending Olentangy Local Schools to the ceremony to greet them after they leave the stage.
Senior Superlatives - posted 2/9/26
Seniors - It is now time to vote for senior superlatives! This form was passed out to all senior English classes on Thursday, Feb. 5, and the form has the QR code to the Google form ballot. We will also make the form available at the office, on the class cabinet Instagram and on Schoology. After the form is distributed, the window for voting will stay open until midnight on Thursday, Feb. 12 for you to complete the ballot on your own. See Mrs. Phillips in 2213 if you have questions. Each ballot requires you to be signed into myolsd to vote and make only one submission.
POP Arts Scholarhip - posted 2/6/26
Performing Arts Seniors! The 2026 PopArts Scholarship is open for submissions! This is your chance to apply for a $500 scholarship to assist with college expenses. Deadline is Friday, March 6th. Applications received after this date will not be considered. Click this link to complete the form online. Opportunity for Seniors: Ohio Seal of Biliteracy Assessment - posted 1/6/26
Olentangy Schools is offering seniors another chance to earn the Ohio Seal of Biliteracy, recognizing proficiency in English and a world language. Students who earn the seal may also qualify for an Olentangy Education Foundation scholarship—ask your counselor for details. Registration for the February 25 assessment is open in PowerSchool January 12–23; visit the Ohio Department of Education and Workforce website for more information.

Seniors Pre-Register for Graduation Products - posted 9/16
It may seem like May 30, 2026 is far away but, it will sneek up on us so now is the time to think about what is needed for graduation. Herff Jones is our official vendor for all products that relate to Graduation including Caps and Gowns, Graduation Announcements and Senior Accessories. Please read the attached letter that goes into detail about the products and services they will provide. Each senior must PRE-REGISTER by giving their cap and gown measurements.
