STUDENT VOLUNTEERS NEEDED!
Student volunteers are needed to help set-up, hang work, work the festival, and tear-down. Any student who wishes to volunteer should see an Art Teacher as soon as possible to sign-up. Service hours can be earned for this volunteer work. Independent Study Art Students, NAHS, and Art Club members are ALL required to work the Spring Arts Festival.
Using the Arts Festival as your Art Experience:
Students who want to use the Spring Arts Festival as their art learning experience (due April 29, 2013) will need to WORK at the arts festival. Written papers are still required and due on or by April 29th. Sign-up for a shift to work with your art teacher. Students must work a minimum of 1 2-hour shift to have it be counted as Art Experience work. (Just visiting the Spring Arts Festival does NOT count as your Art Experience paper requirement)
This year our Art Club and National Art Honor Society have chosen the Humane Society of Delaware County as the organization they want to support during the Spring Arts Festival!
We are looking for your help to get this fundraiser off to a great start! There are multiple ways you can help. The Humane Society has sent us a list of items they need! Our goal this year is to beat last year's total of $500.00!
Here is a list of what we are collecting for the Humane Society of Delaware County. If you have any of these items please drop them off to Mrs. Forney's room (1008) anytime between now and April 14th. There is also a list of items they regularly collect on their website: http://www.hsdcohio.org/wishlists.htm
Please share this information with you family, friends, and neighbors! We are also collecting monetary donations through April 14th.
